Hi. Kinky curly knot today is also sold at target for $11. I love that stuff. I am in transition, what’s the best way to moisturize my hair when it’s in kinky twists? I add my Shea butter mix to it probably every other day, but my new growth dries out very fast and I am looking for spmething to keep it moist, besides water lol (~_-). Also what’s a good way to seal in moisture? Thx

you should try shea moisture curl enhancning smoothie!!!! Its really good. Its not like some gel that makes your hair curly and hard its literally a moisturizer that has the ability to make your hair more curly! It softens the hair and and keeps it soft for days…well thats what it does for my hair and I seal it in by putting veggie glycerin in my palm, rubbing my hand together and then just rubbing it throughout my hair……its not to expensive and u get a good amount!!

  9. BlueScalyCool says:

@MZTANOKA88 I think the Shea Moisture products are only sold at select Target stores, though. when I first heard about this line, I was excited to try it out, but of course I’ll probably have to get it online ’cause apparently they don’t exist at Target stores in Minnesota. Maybe in the St. Paul, Minneapolis area… But that’s quite a distance to go for me just for some hair products. LoL
